The description and location of the project is as follows: This work is the furnishing and placement of a 10'-0" x 8'-0" precast reinforced concrete box culvert and inlet and outlet sections over Tributary to Stony Run at a Department prepared site. Construction of approach and roadway consisting of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, wearing (leveling) and wearing courses and furnishing and placement of guide rail and miscellaneous construction all within the length of approximately 257 linear feet (0.049 miles), as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 2012, SECTION A01, in JUNIATA COUNTY, MONROE TOWNSHIP.
