2020 Mulberry Painting and Repairs for Sites 2 and 3 Raw Water Tanks

Each site has two 750,000 gallons steel standpipe tanks. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals to complete contract for a total of four (4) tanks. The work will require cleaning, silt removal inside tank, surface preparation, painting, upgrade existing Corrpro Impressed Cathodic Protection system on each tank with T.A.S.C. VIII Automatic Rectifier or approved system, and repairs including, outside ladder with ladder guard, new inside ladder, roof finial vents screens, any repairs requiring welding, removal and replacement of foundation grout and caulk, new Stainless Steel cable climb system inside and outside, refinishing of concrete surfaces, blasting and painting all connecting piping outside the tanks, and protection of all finished paint surfaces of the tank.
