Garden Street Improvements

The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Roadway milling and resurfacing of Garden Street in the Township of Teaneck, the replacement of concrete vertical curb and sidewalk where required, and traffic striping. Principal items of work in the project include: . 5,350 SY HMA Milling, 3" or less . 800 Tons Hot Mixed Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course . 400 LF 9" X 18" Concrete Vertical Curb . 100 SY Concrete Driveway Reinforced, 6" Thick. Bids can be mailed: All mailed bids shall be addressed to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Township Clerk and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Bid for Garden Street Improvements" All mailed bids shall be mailed employing a formal mail receipt procedure such as Certified Return Receipt and shall also satisfy all of the above requirements. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days except as may be permitted by N.J.S.A. 40A:11- 23.3. The project has a goal of ten to twenty percent (10-20%) MBE/DBE/WBE participation
