| Description | The City shall own and install approximately 217 trash cans on public sidewalks throughout areas of North and Northeast Portland (“Service Area”), as shown in Part 2.2 – Service Area, for an estimated total of 534 trash cans. The City requires regular emptying of the trash cans and disposal of their contents (“Work”). The Contractor will fulfill this requirement as stated herein. |
