| Description | New York State Office of Mental Health Buffalo Psychiatric Center Buildings 70 & 78 Exterior Improvements. Project Description: Office of Mental Health Facility located at 2 Duquesne Street, Celoron, in Chautauqua County. Project is to renovate and repair cast ramp, north entry stairs, south entry stairs, repair chimney and re-roof the existing garage. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of concrete ramps, metal guardrails, stairs, doors and frames as indicated, existing metal chimney cap and top portion of masonry chimney, removal of hazardous materials, demolition of asphalt shingle roofing. New construction of wood framed ramp, cast-in-place concrete; handrail/guardrail; composite decking: composite fiberglass doors and frames: glass and glazing: patch and repair top of chimney; install new metal chimney cap; install new asphalt roof shingles. |
