TQ Constructors Inc would like to invite you to participate in the bidding process for the Re-Roofing of the Randolph-Clay High School. The scope includes removal of existing roofing materials and installation of new roofing materials, including new metal wall panels, metal soffit panels, gutter and downspouts. Randolph County K-12 Re-Roof Project Prevailing Wage Bonding Required *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources. The content management team continues to pursue additional details; however, the contact(s) listed have yet to disclose or confirm any information. Inquiries should be directed to the contact(s) listed. In addition to specific coordination and pre-installationmeetingsfor each element of work, and other regular project meetings held for other purposes, hold a general progress meeting each month with time coordinated with preparation of the payment request. Require each entity then involved in planning, coordination or performance of work to be properly represented at each meeting. Review each entity's present and future needs including interface requirements, time, sequences, deliveries, access, site utilization, temporary facilities and services, hours of work, hazards and risks, housekeeping, change orders, and documentation of information for payment requests.
