| Description | Qualified vendors to furnish all material, equipment, labor, tools, machinery, incidentals, and service necessary for the maintenance and repair of two Cleaver Brooks steam boilers for the City of Miramar’s Wastewater Reclamation Facility, in Miramar, Florida. Additionally, the work includes Four (4) quarterly visits per year and two (2) semi-annual cleanings per year on two Cleaver Brooks model NCB200-50 steam boilers. Maintenance must be done in accordance with all applicable manufacturer’s rules and regulations. Boilers need to be left in good operating condition after servicing. |
