Pioneer Park Restroom Building and Porter Court Plaza Sidewalk

Project involves site preparation and installation of a 196 S.F. prefabricated precast concrete restroom that is to be purchased by the Contractor. Includes the installation of concrete footings and foundation, sanitary lateral, water service, asphaltic and concrete pavement, erosion control measures, restoration of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous appurtenances required to complete construction. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages.
