Description

To provide heating and cooling solutions for the Bland County Courthouse. The scope of this work is to provide comfortable, controllable, conditioned air within the Courthouse, by removing dependency of the fuel fired water boiler (1), fuel fired domestic water heater (1), and chiller unit (1); and replacement of fan coil units within the Courthouse HVAC system.
