Description

The Project Base Bid involves site work for the renovation of a park facility with an existing playground. Components include installation of a City owned 16’ pavilion, including footings, minor grading and drainage, an ADA accessible concrete sidewalk path and small plaza, and new landscape plantings. Add Alternate No. 1 includes a playground fieldstone seat wall, play surface, playground underdrains, and concrete playground ramp. Add Alternate No. 2 includes a four-board fence.
