2022 Paving Rehabilitation - Round 1

Project Category Code: Pavement - Marking, Construction, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling, Concrete Pavement, Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, Street/Road Asphalt Milling, Grade and Surface, Traffic Control/Flagging, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Roadway Pavement Markings, Crack Sealing Repair and/or Maintenance, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Street/Road Repairs, Curbs, Concrete Pavement Removal, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The Project includes the following Work: Project consists of the milling, resurfacing, and general rehabilitation of three roadways within the City of Circleville limits. Cash allowances have been provided for areas of full-depth pavement repair, as well as, the replacement of curb and gutter sections. All pavement markings will be re-established upon completion of the pavement work. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Circleville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract Award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
