Agriculture Science - Renovate 2-3 and 2-4

Scope of Work a. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of perform an interior renovation for roughly 1,300 SF of the main level of Agricultural Science Building that can generally be described as a complete renovation of offices, open office, break area, and meeting space. New flooring, walls, doors and frames, hardware, ceiling, and paint, HVAC distribution, plumbing components, electrical power, lighting, data, and fire alarm systems will generally be provided throughout most of the work areas as described in the drawings and specifications.
