Description

- Removal of two fuel tanks: an 8,000 gallon gasoline tank and a 4,000 gallon diesel tank; existing fuel lines, piping and existing dispensers. Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of tanks, dispensers, lines and concrete. All demolition shall be in accordance with Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) regulations. - Installation of a new tank with two compartments, (8,000 gallon gasoline and 4,000 gallon diesel), new fuel lines, vent piping, and dispensers. The new system shall meet or exceed all MDE regulations. Contractor shall include the construction of a new concrete pad and asphalt paving. - Remove the existing deck board from the Tydings Marina fuel pier 47’ X 8’ and 50’ X 6’. Replace the decking with 8’ X 6” X 2” and 6’ X 6” X 2” exterior grade lumber.
