| Description | Provide the full cost of the complete cycle of a single mowing to include trimming, edging, removal of trash/litter, and blowing of specific street.The City defines a mowing cycle (cycle) as having a ditch or area mowed,trimmed, edged, trash/litter removed, and blown once as a complete cycle, unless the City notifies the contractor otherwise.All areas mowed in an eight (8) week cycle or four (4) times per year between April 2019, and November 30, 2019.
