Shelburne Roof and Window Replacement

1. Retrofit Roof Installation: Work on areas 1-3 generally consists of the installation of cold formed metal framing, purlins, metal panels, wall panels, gutters, downspouts, metal flashings, metal wall panels, fall protection, and all associated miscellaneous work as specified. 2. Low Slope Roofing Recover: Work on area 4 generally consists of the complete removal of all existing aggregate surfacing, wet insulation, deteriorated lightweight concrete and support panel, and metal flashing and the installation of a new gypsum sheathing and metal deck to replace deteriorated lightweight concrete and support panel, pre-engineered perimeter edge metal, membrane, high density polyisocyanurate cover board, TPO membrane, flashings, metal flashings, and all associated miscellaneous work as specified. 3. Low Slope Roofing Repairs: Work on area 5 generally consists of the complete removal of all existing aggregate surfacing, built up roof membrane, and wet insulation where indicated on the plans and to install new insulation and a cover board to match the existing insulation height, and the installation of a new two modified bitumen membrane and flashings. Perimeters of the repair area are to be coated with a liquid flashing where the modified bitumen intersects with the existing built up roof. Install new overflow scuppers where indicated. Resize existing through wall scuppers.
