A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Demolition, excavation, fencing, waterproofing, concrete, electrical, drainage, planting, and irrigation work on state property to reduce irrigation demands consistent with Governor Brown's order January 17, 2014 drought state of emergency. License required to bid the project: B or C-27 Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. Pre-bid Site Inspection: No pre bid site inspection required. The term of this project is 180 calendar days. Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of demolition and replacement of irrigation, planting, waterproof membrane, lighting, drainage, and fencing.
