Mitchell Boiler Replacement

**As of April 10, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** A. General: 1. The work described herein shall be interpreted as work to be done by the HVAC Subcontractor. Work to be performed by other trades will always be specifically referenced to that trade. 2. Furnish all staging, rigging, temporary support, labor, materials, and perform all operations in connection with the installation of the HVAC work. 3. The building is to be commissioned and this contractor shall provide all labor required to fully test and demonstrate that all systems operate as designed. 4. Attention is directed to the Contract and General conditions, which are hereby made a part of this Section of the Specifications. 5. Examine all other Sections of the Specifications for requirements that affect work of this Section whether or not such work is specifically mentioned in this Section. 6. Coordinate work with that of all other trades affecting, or affected by work of this Section. Cooperate with such trades to assure the steady progress of all work under the Contract. B. Without limiting the generality thereof, the work to be performed under this Section includes: 1. Steam & Steam condensate Piping with insulation, hangers, valves, etc. 2. Double-wall insulated breeching, Hanger, Damper, etc. 3. Dual Fuel Nat. Gas/Oil Fired Steam Boiler 4. Direct digital automatic temperature controls disconnect/ re-connect 5. Testing, Adjusting & Balancing.
