Kitchen HVAC Improvements

The poughkeepsie city school district invites bids for "Poughkeepsie csd - hs kitchen hvac improvements " project. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "Instructions to Bidders". A. Work in the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. All work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Temporary facilities and controls include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Provide dumpsters for all debris resulting from work of this Contract. Remove dumpsters within 2 hours of being full and haul off site to a legal dumpsite. Pay all costs associated with providing the dumpsters and removing project debris from the job site. 2. Maintain emergency exits and means of egress to/from work areas of this Contract. 3. Provide and maintain (minimum number as required by OSHA) temporary toilets for Contractor use complete with periodic cleaning as required to service the project throughout construction. 4. Job Signs and Safety Signage at work areas of this Contract. 5. Final Cleaning at work areas of this Contract. Project consists of improvements to the Kitchen's HVAC system as decribed in the Contract Documents.
