Description

*As of January 20, 2023, the bid process has closed and the buyout process is underway. We are requesting Subcontractor proposals for ALL scopes of work, except already awarded Structural Precast. This package will include but is not limited to: Cast in place Concrete, Masonry, Structural and Misc. Steel, railings, waterproofing, traffic coating, TPO roofing, Firestopping, Joint sealants, Hollow Metal Doors, Storefront, Louvers, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, signage, fire Extinguishers, Elevators, Fire Protecting Piping, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Structured Cabling, Video Surveillance, Access Controls, Fire Alarm, Sitework, Termite treatment, SWPPP, Paving, Chainlink Fence Enclosures, pavement Markings, Landscape, Irrigation, Utilities. The new parking facility is planned to accommodate staff parking for the planned Brain Health Building, The Barshop Institute, and The Medical Arts and Research Center (MARC). This new parking facility is planned to be completed in two phases. The first phase allows for a two bay, 5.5-level structure that will accommodate ~ 503 parking spaces. This Project is TAX EXEMPT. The project is covered by the Owner's Controlled Insurance Program (ROCIP). Bidders should not include Builders Risk, General Liability and Workers Comp in their proposals.
