Description

Installation of 2,436 LF of 8-inch to 24-inch storm sewer, installation of 30 new manholes, and construction of two bioretention basins with spillways, underdrains and manufactured stormwater treatment devices. In addition, the work includes plantings in the bioretention basins and restoration of landscaping, drives, sidewalks, and parking lots as shown on the plans. The work is located on the grounds of the Charles Wright Academy and Ludington School campuses of the Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) at 19299 Berg Rd and 19501 Berg Rd.
