Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for and incidental to the construction of the new chlorine gas scrubber system and demolition of the existing chlorine gas scrubber system, complete in place including protection and maintenance of existing structures, facilities and utilities and restoration of disturbed or damaged property, all as specified herein or shown on the Contract Drawings. Refer to the Appendix A for the OSDI Participation Requirements.
