Description | A. Project Identification: Baltimore City Public Schools Restroom Renovation Project for George Washington Elementary #022. 1. Project Location: 800 Scott St., Baltimore, MD 21230. B. Owner: Baltimore City Public Schools, 200 East North Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21202 C. Architect/Engineer: GVA Architecture and Interior Design, 5501 Twin Knolls Road, Suite 108, Columbia, MD 21045, 410-997-1000 Min Engineering, Inc., 10 Sudbrook Lane, Pikesville, MD 21208, 410-486-4692. Freeman Architecture, 4609 Harford Rd., Baltimore, MD 21214 D. The Work consists of a one for one toilet fixture replacement in all toilet rooms. In some toilet rooms two toilet stalls will be combined into one stall to come as close to ADA compliance as possible given physical constraints of space in toilet rooms. All ceilings, lighting and finishes will be new as well. E. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
