Description

The contractor will remove and dispose of all existing shrubs/plants in the beds. All beds will be topped off with topsoil and treated with preen to prevent the growth of weeds in the area. The contractor will remove and dispose of all existing shrubs/plants in bed. The contractor will install 2.5 yards of topsoil to refresh the beds. Installation of 20 Knock Out Roses, 1 Crepe Myrtle, and perennial flowers to flowerbeds. The contractor will install 1.5 tons of River Rocks, 1 yard of mulch, and one bench.
