| Description | The contractor shall empty refuse containers. Plastic liners provided by the contractor, shall be maintained in each refuse container. The contractor shall remove all refuse and debris within the specified area. Grounds keeping/Policing - access roads: The contractor shall collect refuse and debris from the area bounded by an imaginary line 20 feet outside the limits of, along, and on the roadway. Refuse and debris shall be disposed of in accordance with requirements. Grounds keeping/Policing - recreation areas: The contractor shall collect refuse and debris, including dead fish and animals, from the recreational areas. Visible items of refuse and debris at water’s edge, which are accessible by a garden rake, shall be removed. |
