Dean Park Recreational Facilities

The scope of work for this project consists of recreational amenities improvements to the Dean Park located 9501 Dean Park Lane in City of Manassas, Virginia. A Site Location Map showing the approximate location of the project site is included in Appendix A. The improvements include addition of two (2) rectangular soccer fields, one (1) parking lot with 74 spaces, four (4) Stormwater Management (SWM) facilities, six (6) high mast lights, asphalt sidewalks, and a number of improvements at the skate park including a new sign wall structure, a new shade structure, and some new skate features. The description of the proposed project given above is based on the information provided to us by you and information gathered during our site reconnaissance. If any of the assumptions or project information is incorrect, DMY should be informed so that we may revise our geotechnical recommendations, if necessary
