The Arc Erie County New York @ 205 Yorkshire Road (aka Green Acres School), Tonawanda, NY 14150 Replace three (3) existing exterior doors with new aluminum frame and insulated glass glazing. Install 3M protective window film Power operators Non-prevailing wage project Tax exempt project Target completion date for the project is; September 1st 2023 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% GUIDELINES: This is a private school. The Arc is Tax Exempt. Do not include tax in your bid. A copy will be provided. This is a non-prevailing wage project. Funding is from a Homeland Security Grant Successful bidder must submit shop drawings for Architect approval. Project target completion is 10/30/23. This school operates 12 months a year. You will be allowed to install one exterior door at a time during school hours. A safety plan must be submitted. Each door is receiving a power operator and 3M window film, include this in your work. The Owner will handle and pay for all wiring demo, rework, & new at the doors for security & operator tie-ins.
