Description | To provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment for removal of four (4) damaged chiller condenser coils and installation of four (4) new chiller condenser coils, York OEM parts (or equal), on the grounds of New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), Chiller #2 - Circuit #1 - Model # YVAA0323EKF46BAV Serial # 11531F42758070. All work being performed is required during normal business hours. Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M, excluding agency holidays.Work to be performed in a workmanlike manner according to standard, and meet all code requirements, federal, state and local.All equipment shall have a minimum one (1) year manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship shall be covered by a one (1) year warranty for all installation work.Vendor representatives must follow all agency policy and procedures while performing work on facility grounds. Vendor is subject to a conference/training with facility staff after the contract is executed and before performing any work.All waste/debris is removed from the site daily and disposed of properly with the exception of any equipment that is accounted for through property control measures. All waste/debris must be assessed by the appropriate site staff before it is removed from the site. This solicitation contains all terms and conditions with respect to the commodities herein. Any vendor contracts, forms, terms or other materials submitted with bid may cause bid to be rejected. Vendor must inspect job site to verify measurements and/or amount of supplies needed prior to bidding. If vendor finds conditions that disagree with the physical lay-out as described in this bid, or other features of the specifications that appear to be in error, the same shall be brought to the attention of the Office of State Procurement personnel prior to bid opening. The undersigned further agrees, if awarded the contract, to execute and deliver to the Office of State Procurement at the time the contract documents are executed, a Performance Bond (made payable to "State of Louisiana - New Orleans Center for Creative Arts") with Power of Attorney in an amount equal to the contract sum (one-hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract) and agrees that this bond will be secured by a surety or insurance company currently on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service list of approved bonding companies which is published annually in the Federal Register, or by a Louisiana domiciled insurance company with at least an A- rating in the latest printing of the A.M. Best's Key Rating Guide to write individual bonds up to ten percent (10%) of policyholders' surplus as shown in the A.M. Best's Key Rating Guide, or by an insurance company that is either domiciled in Louisiana or owned by Louisiana residents and is licensed to write surety bonds. No surety or insurance company shall write a performance bond which is in excess of the amount indicated as approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service list or by a Louisiana domiciled insurance company with an A- rating by A.M. Best up to a limit of ten percent (10%) of policy holders' surplus as shown by A.M. Best; companies authorized by this Paragraph who are not on the treasury list shall not write a performance bond when the penalty exceeds fifteen percent (15%) of its capital and surplus, such capital and surplus being the amount by which the company's assets exceed its liabilities as reflected by the most recent financial statements filed by the company with the Department of Insurance. |
