Drinking Water Well Rehabilitation

Purchase an electric motor, column, submersible pump and appurtenances to rehabilitate a drinking water well. The proposal shall include a cost for the following: 1. New 125 HP, 1800 RPM submersible Hitachi electric motor 3/60/460 Volt or equivalent 2. New National Submersible Pump Assembly capable of producing 600 GPM at 620’ total dynamic head (cast iron bronze fitted construction). 3. 540’ of new 6” threaded domestic steel column pipe with couplings. 4. 575’ of 4/0 three wire with ground (flat jacketed submersible cable) 5. Provide cost for new check valves. 6. 560’ of 2” PVC sounder tube 7. Replace 6” threaded steel nipple below discharge elbow 8. Installation and successful startup of all water well equipment. 9. Supply all equipment operating and maintenance manuals.
