Description

Annual labor/handyman services and/or general construction/maintenance to county public buildings. The services to be provided will be non-exclusive to the County, will be on an as-needed basis subject to a reasonable notice, will be a 12-month commitment, and subject to the County`s service agreement. The anticipated work will include the following non-exhaustive list: a. Interior and exterior trim (metal and wood) b. Framing (metal and wood) c. Drop ceilings d. Painting e. Job site cleaning f. Minor building repairs and maintenance as necessary.
