Description

The Design Build Team shall provide Design/ Build Team services to include all labor, material, equipment and incidentals for the design and construction of the building to house Inverrary Community Center. Design/Build Team will provide all technical services required to design and construct approximately a +/- 14,093 sq. ft. of new building, +/- 260 dumpster pad with gates and +/- 1,687 sq. ft. connecting sidewalks. The construction of the new building and improvements will include the areas described in the design criteria, and will generally consist of structure, components, hardware and finishes will be of commercial grade.
