To provide roofing services that include but not limited to existing roof repair, maintenance, and repair-by-replacement services. 1. Restroom/Concession Building: a. Remove existing roof down to existing deck structure. b. Replace roof with 60 Mil TPO membrane with a system that meets current City code to include R=30 and correct wind uplift attachments. c. A tapered insulation system shall be installed to provide ¼” per foot drainage which will also require the perimeter wood nailers to be raised up along with new metal cap and flashings. 2. Roof for covered awning area: a. Remove existing roof down to existing deck structure. b. Replace roof with 60 Mil TPO membrane with a system that meets current City code for wind uplift along with edge nailers, drip edge, flashings, etc. 3. Roof for four scorekeepers’ booths: a. Remove existing roof down to existing deck structure. b. Replace roof with 60 Mil TPO membrane with a system that meets current codes for wind uplift along with edge nailers, drip edge, flashings, etc.
