| Description | Require a VTC service contract that includes maintenance on entire VTC suite for a 12 months period with option years offered. Services will include service calls, preventive maintenance and warranty support for (2) Polycom Licenses (Partner Premier Extended Service Agreement) for Naval Dental Center Camp Lejeune, NC and Naval Hospital Cherry Point AV/VTC conference room. Polycomm VTC suites located on Camp Lejeune, NC and Cherry Point Air Station, NC, require a valid maintenance contract in accordance with DoD Cyber Security requirements. VTC suites are used approximately 1-2 times per month. The VTC suite on Camp Lejeune is located in the Executive Boardroom and requires professional-level attention and if needed, installation of replacement equipment. Current executive suite is deployed via a console control system installed in a podium, and connected to a DoD network. Current service contract expired in September 2017. | ||
