Removal existing air handling unit (AHU-211) and condensing unit serving the Control Room. Provide new rooftop air handling unit to serve control room. Remove existing boilers. Remove existing hydronic system pumps. Remove existing air handling unit (AHU-213) serving the boiler room. Remove hydronic balancing valves and drain valves throughout the plant. Provide new rooftop air handling unit to serve the Control Room. Provide new condensing boilers and accessories including concrete pad and breeching. Provide new boiler pumps. Provide new hydronic system pumps. Provide variable frequency drives for hydronic system pumps. Provide new variable speed fan to serve boiler room. Provide new basement exhaust fan. Provide new fluoride room exhaust fan and dampers. Provide new barometric room dampers and controls. Provide new balancing valves and drain valves throughout the plant. Retrofit existing hydronic system with glycol to prevent freezing. Provide new controls for HVAC equipment including air handling units, rooftop units, fans, pumps, and boilers. Flush and clean hydronic hot water system and provide chemical anti-corrosion agents and 35% glycol solution. Pressure test and inspect hydronic system prior to start up.
