Replacement of Hunterdon County Bridge Ed-262

sealed proposals will be received by the County of Hunterdon for replacement of hunterdon county bridge ed-262 dunkard church road over tributary to the third neshanic river in the townships of east amwell and delaware county of Hunterdon. Each bid must be accompanied by A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of HunterA->don. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law.
