Description DCAM Certification Required Five schools throughout the City of Worcester require replacement heating equipment. The schools all have boilers which have failed and require replacement, in addition to other ancillary equipment as outlined further in the Contract Documents. For each school, a boiler room floor plan is shown to identify equipment requiring replacement. Details and schedules illustrate specific HVAC and plumbing work required to replace the equipment.
