Electrical Service Upgrade and Air Conditioning Installation at South 17th Street School

All Bidders proposing to Bid shall be classified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27, as to the character and amount of public work on which they shall be qualified to submit a Bid by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Bidders shall also be registered pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. and shall provide a valid and current registration certificate with its Bid as to the bidder and all subcontractors. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C 17:27-1 et seq. Award of contracts will be supported by federal funds including the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund and the American Rescue Plan Act. The Board of Education reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all bids and waive non-material irregularities in a proposal.
