Pearl River County MSU Extension Building

Construction of the following project: PEARL RIVER COUNTY MSU EXTENSION BUILDING, POPLARVILLE, MS 39470 Bids will be submitted as stated below. Single Bid for the complete project excluding site work. A single bid will be received for the complete project. The bid bond shall be payable unconditionally to Pearl River County Board of Supervisors. Bids on the project must be received on or before the period scheduled for the project and no bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the project, for a period of 60 days. All bids submitted must comply with requirements of Title 31, Chapter 3 (31-3-1) of Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended. Awards will be made based on the Lowest and Best Bid received in accordance with Title 31, Chapter 7 (31-7-13) of Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended. The Owner reserves the right to make multiple awards, reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
