Open Air Structures and Accessory or Utility Buildings

Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government agency and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for Open Air Structures and Accessory or Utility Buildings with Related Equipment and Services to result in a contracting solution for use by its Participating Entities. Sourcewell Participating Entities include thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies located in the United States and Canada. Open air structures, such as pavilions, gazebos, shelters, band shells, amphitheaters, walkway covers, shade structures, kiosks, transit shops, and dugouts. Accessory or utility buildings, such as vault and flush restrooms, shower or changing facilities, concessions, storm shelters, gatehouses, guardhouses, pumphouses, garage, storage, and warming houses. Services related to the solutions described above, including design-build services, site assessment, site preparation, installation, maintenance or repair, and warranty programs.
