Description

The Town requires removal of old flooring and installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (minimum 12mm) in accordance with manufacturers recommended installation guidelines. All products recommended for this project should have a minimum 10 year warranty covering all labor and material. The flooring area requiring removal and replacement is approximately 2900 square feet and work must include the following: 1. Removal of approximately 2900 square feet of commercial grade carpet and 1000 linear feet of vinyl base board. 2. Removal of any old adhesives or other materials required for new installation. 3. Any required surface preparation as part of the manufactures recommended installation guidelines. 4. Removal and disposal of all old materials and debris. 5. Installation of new flooring (color to be selected by the Chief of Police). 6. Installation of new thresholds 7. Installation of new stair caps 8. Installation of new 6 inch vinyl base board. 9. Removal and replacement of all furniture required as part of the installation process. 10. All necessary materials required for removal, clean up and installation.
