Rot Room Flooring

The California Science Center is soliciting bids to procure all labor, including travel and per diem, transportation, equipment, supplies, and parts to remove existing rubber flooring and install approximately 300 square feet of stamped concrete in the Rot Room gallery. The contract is tentatively scheduled to commence on January 1, 2023, and end June 30, 2023. Any changes to the period of performance must be done as a written Amendment to the Agreement by the California Science Center Final Date to Submit Written Questions 10/14/2022 10:00 a.m. Written Responses to Questions Released by 10/18/2022 5:00 p.m. Notice of Intent to Award Released by 10/31/2022 5:00 p.m. Proposed Award Date 11/09/2022 5:00 p.m. Ready-for-Use, Contract Start Date 01/01/2023 All questions regarding the content of this IFB must be submitted in writing by mail or electronically to Sindy Arreola (sarreola@californiasciencecenter.ca.gov) and must be received by the Key Action Date identified above. Questions not submitted in writing by the Key Action Date for submission of written questions shall be answered at the States option.
