Description

Remove & replace existing rooftop mechanical air handling unit serving the building. Ne direct digital controls (DDC) will be installed throughout the building for the new equipment and the replacement for the existing pneumatic controls on equipment to remain. Electrical work consists of disconnection of equipment to be removed, power to new equipment and removal and reinstallation of incidental devices to allow for the new mechanical installation. Roof membrane protection, modification and repair will be incidental.
