Government Center Basement Water Remediation and Equipment Access Recondition

Water intrusion remediation of the Government Center basement along the north wall and reconditioning of the equipment access hatch at the northwest corner of the government building at 100 W Walworth Street, Elkhorn, WI. The width of the building section with a full-depth basement is approximately 205 feet wide including five window wells along the north side of the building. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation of approximately 3 feet deep along the exterior of the north wall and in the wells, procuring and applying a liquid water sealant, providing and installing a below-slab drain tile and sump, removing the existing service elevator infrastructure, installing additional plumbing and concrete restoration work and removal of the existing access hatch and installation of a replacement hatch. The work includes all materials, systems, and other incidentals as specified in the bid documents.
