RFP - South Paris District Court - Building Management

SCOPE: These specifications provide for accomplishing Building Operation and Maintenance Services for the State of Maine Judicial Branch, South Paris District Court (DC), at 26 Western Ave, South Paris, ME 04281. The building contains approximately 25,000 square feet total, 3 Courtrooms, staff parking lot and associated staff and public spaces. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be accomplished consists of performing professional Building Operation and Management Services at the above-named facility according to the tasks and frequency listed in this RFP. Frequencies and tasks may be altered, if needed, by mutually-agreeable, written, change requests, but may not be decreased without written approval by the Agreement Administrator. Hours of Performance: Building Operation and Maintenance Services will be conducted Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 12p.m. All questions must be received by the RFP Coordinator identified above by: Date: October 10, 2022, no later than 11:59 p.m., local time The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
