Custodial Management Services

Scope of Work: Evening custodial services including thorough cleaning. Cleaning routines and procedures on a daily and weekly frequency will be specified in writing. Provision of all equipment and supplies required to fulfil custodial responsibilities including uniforms and identification for staff. Provision of all common use supplies (hand soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc.). Provision of background check for all employees; employees with access to administrative offices will sign a confidentiality agreement. Use and management of work order system for repair needs. Description of staffing procedures, including regular and substitute personnel. 24/7 emergency response availability. Summer cleaning as specified, including deep cleaning of each area. Summer stripping and waxing of VCT floors. Duty of care for facility to include turning off lights and arming the security system nightly and other needs determined by school administration. Flexible invoicing methods to separate cafeteria-related expenses from general operating costs and purchased supplies.
