Grounds Maintenance Contract

Enterprise State Community College Camp~s Exterior (all buildings and associated grounds located at 600 Plaza Drive, George Wallace Drive and Bellwood Road, Enterprise, Alabama 36330). 1. Mow all grass, weed eat and edge entire campus based on the provided schedule, thirty-six (36) total annual cuts. 2. Provide cleanup of any and all paper and grass clippings each time a cut is performed. 3. Blow off all walkways, parking lots & associated driveways each time a cut is performed. 4. Perform hedge and plant trimming for the entire campus bedding plants, eight (8) total times per year. 5. Remove and dispose of all clippings and debris generated from trimmings. 6. Remove and dispose of all weeds and grass from any and all bedding areas. 7. Purchase and distribute one hundred thirty (130) standard sized bales of pine straw in all bedding areas and around select trees each time this service is performed, four (4) total times per year. Five hundred twenty (520) total pine straw bales per year. 8. Mow all grass & weed eat the three (3) fields located adjacent to and on the south side of George Wallace Drive based on the provided schedule, ten (10) total annual cuts. 9. Collect and dispose of all leaves on the Main Campus (600 Plaza Drive) based on the provided schedule, four (4) total times per year.
