| Description | To provide painting of the entire cafeteria (not kitchen) at the Richmond Hill Continuing Education Complex . 1. Patch any wall surfaces that need patching. 2. Prepare walls for proper paint application. 3. Paint all walls in cafeteria, including painting over the mural so that it is not seen through the new paint. 4. Cover all floor and furniture and equipment. 5. Any damage done to Cafeteria in the process of painting shall be repaired or replaced by the Contractor at his/her expense. 6.
