Janitorial Services

Provide general janitorial duties in accordance with the listed job description below and replace/refill all cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, hand towels, soap/hand sanitizer, cleansers, etc. as needed. The purpose of this contract is to award a contract for janitorial services. The contractor will perform the full range of custodial duties in assigned areas within the clinic. The building is approximately 8,900 square feet. Shall be knowledgeable and perform services using infection control practices in accordance with accreditation standards, IHS policy and procedures, OSHA, and other regulating agencies and laws. B.5 NON-PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT: This procurement is a Nonpersonal Health Care Service Contract, as defined in FAR 37.101, under which the Contractor is an independent contractor. The Government may evaluate the quality of professional and administrative services provided, but retains no control over the professional aspects of services rendered. The Contractor shall indemnify the Government for any liability producing acts or omissions by the Contractor, its employees and agents occurring during contract performance.
