| Description | 1. Remove and dispose existing carpet and vinyl wall base and replace it with carpet tiles approximately 1,300 square feet 2. Carpet type will need to be 2ft X 2ft carpet tiles in order to provide future access to utilities under subfloor 3. Carpet will need to be high traffic commercial grade quality 4. Installation will include new vinyl wall base where required 5. Vendors will be responsible for taking measurements prior to purchasing any material or placing any bid to determine exactly quantity of material needed |
