Description

Custer County Restroom Renovation Re-Bid 22A, 23A 675 West "B" Street Arapaho OK, 73620 Provisions contained in the State of Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act shall be followed. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. All bids shall be submitted in an opaque envelope clearly marked in the lower left corner: "Sealed Bid: Custer County Restroom Renovation Re-Bid, Bid Form #________" along with the time and date of opening. Each bidder must deposit sealed with his/her bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) and in the form of a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond if the bid is over $50,000. Bid security will be returned to he unsuccessful bidders. The Owner encourages all bidders to give first consideration to local subcontractors and suppliers and is required to accept the lowest, most responsible bidder.
