| Description | Screen and refinish gym floors at sites specified within the District. The processes must result in floors that are able to withstand the normal wear and tear of use by students participating in various sporting events such as basketball, volleyball, track like events and other activities practiced by students. Floors will be inspected regularly by GCS representatives while the contractor is performing the screening and recoating process. For floors which fail to meet industry standards, resilience and the contract specifications, the entire floor will be rescreened and coated by contractor with no charge for labor or materials. |
